Terms of sale and subscription

1. Seller

2. Offers and prices

Aeris can be used for free: analysis is always free and cleanup is free up to 500 MB. Aeris Pro is offered on the following terms:

Prices are indicative, expressed including all taxes, and may vary by country (local taxes, currency, store pricing policy). The applicable price is the one shown by the store at the time of purchase.

3. What Aeris Pro includes

Unlimited cleanup, similar photos and duplicate contacts; on Mac, also malware detection (heuristic), performance, maintenance, Space Lens, duplicates and the uninstaller. Included features may evolve; the current list is on the Pricing page.

4. Order and payment

Purchases are concluded and invoiced through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), depending on the platform. Payment is handled by that platform, which sends you the order confirmation. Aeris receives no payment details. For the Mac version downloaded outside the store: no purchase is offered at this time; the directly downloaded version can be used free of charge within the free features and quota.

5. Free trial

The monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is made at the displayed price.

6. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for an identical period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep access to Aeris Pro until then.

7. Delivery

Aeris Pro is digital content, available once the platform confirms the purchase. You can restore purchases on a new device with the same account (“Restore purchases” option).

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

See the refund policy, which details the 14-day period and the exception in article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code for digital content whose performance begins after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver.

9. Statutory guarantees

Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), regardless of any commercial guarantee.

10. Price changes

We may change our prices going forward. Changes for ongoing subscriptions are communicated under the platform's rules, which may require your consent for the subscription to continue.

11. Governing law, disputes, mediation

French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. In case of difficulty, please contact us first via the Contact page.
