Cookie policy
No cookies, no trackers: so no banner.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie (or tracker) is a small file or identifier stored on your device when you visit a site, to remember preferences, measure audience or show advertising.
2. What this site does
- No cookies, neither first-party nor third-party.
- No local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB): the site remembers nothing in your browser.
- No audience measurement, no analytics tool, no pixel, no advertising.
- No external resources: no font, script, image or video loaded from another domain.
- The forms (contact, GDPR request) only prepare an e-mail in your mail app: nothing is transmitted by the site.
3. Why there is no banner
The regulations (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, ePrivacy directive) require prior consent for storing or reading trackers that are not strictly necessary. As this site uses none, no consent needs to be collected and no banner is displayed.
4. Check for yourself
Open your browser's developer tools (the “Application” or “Storage” and “Network” tabs): you will see no cookie and no request to a third-party domain.
5. Third-party sites
If you follow a link to the App Store, Google Play or another site (for example the CNIL), that third-party site applies its own cookie policy.
6. The app
The Aeris apps use no cookies and no advertising or audience-measurement trackers. See the privacy policy.
7. Changes
If a tracker were ever added, this page would be updated before it is activated and consent would be collected where the law requires.
